Question:
I read on your site that you offer a spam filter of some sort. How do I activate, implement, or adjust it?
Answer:
We use spam blocklists spamcop, spamhaus and a few others mainly which block the mail before it is accepted by the server. This is a great system and reduces a good majority of spam.

Spambayes at http://spambayes.sourceforge.net/ is a decent spam filter plugin you can use with Outlook which will learn based on messages you designate as spam or good mail.

We no longer use spam filters at the server level due to users losing messages. Filters are great for some users, and not so great for others.
